Who we are
This website is operated by P&J Automotive ("we", "us"), 24 Harvester Ave, Sunshine North VIC 3020.
What we collect
When you send a booking request or enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, the service you're interested in, a preferred date and any message. We also receive basic technical information such as your IP address, which our hosting and spam-protection providers use to deliver the site and block abuse.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange and confirm bookings, and carry out work you've asked for. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, an email delivery provider. The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which may also process technical data to protect the site from spam and attacks. These providers may store data outside Australia. We don't disclose your information to anyone else unless the law requires it.
Third-party content
Some pages show an embedded Google map and images served from Unsplash. Those services may receive technical information such as your IP address when the content loads, under their own privacy policies.
Keeping it secure
The site is served over HTTPS, and the credentials used to send email are stored only on the server, never in your browser. We keep enquiry emails only as long as we need them for the purposes above or as required by law.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing info@pandjautomotive.com.au or calling 0425 322 477. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
